RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

1.1 Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from delivery.

1.2 Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with all accessories included.

1.3 Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


2. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

2.1 Any defective or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2.2 All items will be inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • In-ear or hygiene-related items

  • Devices with removed seals or activated accounts


4. 24 MONTH WARRANTY

We provide a 24-month warranty on eligible devices for your peace of mind.

4.1 What is Covered

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Hardware faults not caused by the user

  • Device malfunctions under normal use

If your device qualifies, it will be repaired or replaced.


4.2 What is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents)

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Software issues caused by third-party apps or misuse

  • Devices that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized parties

  • Normal wear and tear (battery degradation, scratches, etc.)


5. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  • The device must be used under normal conditions

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • All claims are subject to inspection and approval


6. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided upon request

  • Refunds or replacements are only processed after inspection

  • Processing times may vary depending on assessment results


7. HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

Our return process is simple and handled directly by our support team.


7.1 Step 1: Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@foneflex.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

⚠️ Do not return your product before receiving confirmation from our support team. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or declined.


7.2 Step 2: Return Approval

Once your request is reviewed:

  • Our team will confirm if your return is approved

  • You will receive detailed return instructions


7.3 Step 3: Prepare & Ship Your Return

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Ship the item using a tracked courier service

⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
⚠️ Returns without tracking cannot be refunded if not received.


7.4 Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • The item will be inspected to ensure it meets return conditions

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete


7.5 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 48 business hours after approval

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or store credit
